Bratt Water Features, Inc. is listening to folks that tell us they would like an affordable waterfall in these less than perfect economic times... And we have listened!

Introducing our new "Six Foot Pondless Water Feature Special"

We are proud to bring you all the sights and sounds of a nice soothing waterfall with minimal maintenance! For $2,995.00 we will build a natural pondless waterfall that consists of the following components: This feature shall start at about 2' in height and shall measure about 6' in overall length and about 3' wide (outside rock to outside rock). This will look like a disappearing waterfall that doesn't have to be running all the time.
We will include: A filter, a submersible pump with low water shutoff switch attached, poly basin, plumbing from the pump to the upper waterfall basin, 45 MIL EPDM rubber liner, geo-textile fabric underlayment, rock screen, and natural rock and gravel to hide the liner, and basins. The rock shall be either a tan/beige sandstone or a dark granite (greyish/brown). As an extra bonus, we will add a three light LED low voltage system with a photocell and maintenance manual.
All our features are guaranteed for 1 full year.

Optional Items (Additional charges will apply):
  1. Electrical work: Getting power to the lower basin (where our pump is at).
  2. Timer: We recommend having these run on a timer to save on electrical costs.
  3. Running an auto-fill assembly inside the lower basin and attaching a pressurized line from your sprinkler system to it with a valve.
  4. Higher or wider waterfall, and/or longer stream work.
  5. Additional Landscaping and sprinkler work around the feature.
  6. Additional Landscape Lighting if wanted.
  7. Any other rock other than the two options above.
  8. Difficult access to build. (If we have to wheelbarrow very far, or scale a cliff side to get to where the feature is to be built).
  9. Assumes no utilities, trees, or mature landscaping is located in the area where this feature is to be built.
  10. We offer high efficiency pumps as well. These come with 2 yr warranties and run
